TGIF…doesn’t work for me because of working Saturdays. But what gives an instant kick to another mediocre Friday is a surprise lunch package sent over by someone special. Add to it, the package has all the marks of No Mad Baker!! Plus it has ‘pepperoni’ and ‘extra’ written on it!! Well, you had me at pepperoni :-) Porkaliciously awesome…the coarse bits of pepper in the meat did a lovely dance on my tastebuds. And I finally got to taste the unique sauce everyone talks about. It is nicely different and does not dry up during baking. So when you take a bite, there are chances it’ll ooze out and try landing on your shirt. Trust me you won’t mind the mess.
