THAI MASSAGE is based on 72,000 Sen Lines, or energy lines that make up the human body. It is believed that when these lines are blocked, the body will suffer from different sickness and other problems. When massaged correctly, the practice can treat a wide range of complications and illnesses from nerve problems to improving circulation and stress levels. A normal session should last two hours, but an hour is offered as well. During the massage, the body is manipulated into different yoga positions and massaged with hands, elbows, forearms, and sometimes feet. The whole body is massaged.
