THANK YOU ALL FOR AN AMAZING & MAGICAL FAERIECON! What a fantastic weekend! Our sincere thanks to all who brought their enthusiasm, energy and inspiring creativity to FaerieCon 2014, our biggest and best event in Baltimore to date. With each year, the scope of the show broadens and deepens even as you continue to raise the bar for imaginative, awe-inspiring costumes. Guest response has been and continues to be overwhelmingly positive, as we debrief and explore ways to make your show experience richer and more exciting in 2015. Our thanks to all of our amazing guest authors and artists who create uniquely individual visions of faerie and fantasy that both complement and challenge the traditional concepts of the Realm. The Mythic Marketplace was bustling throughout the weekend, as guests explored an amazing array of handcrafted art, crafts, jewelry and apparel. Once again, the music of the night brought us all together: the powerful pagan folk duo of Faun and Omnia delivered performances that literally raised the roof and SJ Tucker and Woodland performed two of their finest sets ever on both the FaerieCon and Faerieworlds stages. We also heard many complements about the newly renovated rooms at the Hunt Valley Inn: when we return next year, we will enjoy the fully renovated bar, restaurant and both ballrooms and a number of other exciting upgrades.
