..............................THANK YOU FOR THE ANSWER!.................................... I might have told you this story before but it bears repeating. I awoke this morning thinking of my sweet mother. She was known as Mamaw McCool. Oh what a praying lady she was. As a matter of fact, I attribute all us McCools being in church today because of Mammas prayers. She always ended her testimony with the words and I want to go to heaven and take everybody with me! And at the dinner table I vividly remember mom when she would make a request for something on the table. She would never just say pass me the salt or pass me the pepper she would always say Thank you for the salt or thank you for the pepper. Whatever she asked for, she would always precede her request with a thank you. You know maybe we aught to take Mamaws lead in our requests to God. God thank you for the prayers you are going to answer. Thank you for my son or daughter that is going to come in. Thank you for meeting that financial need or thank you in advance for the healing of my body....The scripture is very clear Philippians 4:6 (KJV) 6 ......... with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. Be thankful ahead of time. It shows faith, it builds faith and it touches the heart of God. So God you know what all my FB friends have been praying about.
