..... THAT ABV AGENCY IS ACCOMMODATING/ACCEPTING APPLICANTS EVEN THOSE NOT WORTHY TO BE CALLED MODELS ..... I believe it is time to break my silence on this issue and respond to this unfavorable feedback i am receiving from my valuable critics. ..... firstly, on screening, i am giving more importance to the character of the applicant rather than their physical attributes. Professionalism and dedication are most important to me. I will accept with open arms an average-looking professional-person than a swell-headed pretty-brat. ...... most of my applicants are high-school/college students/out-of-school youths in need of a decent source of income TO HELP THEIR FAMILY. They cannot afford expensive workshops and costly registrations to join events for needed experience. If i decline their interest in joining ABV the more they will be declined by other agencies only willing to accept brazilian and half-american model applicants. I guess a have a heart in helping people in need and the most i can do for them is train and mode them for their modelling ambition by offering and giving them free workshops for their enhancement. ....... thirdly and more importantly to my critics ..... please focus on your business and dont mind me. I may not be earning as much as you but i am enjoying what i am doing. Let us mind our own business!
