THE ACA FIX - UNCONSTITUTIONAL? With all the debate about the previous employer mandate delay and now the so called fix, has anyone noticed that a law passed by the legistlative branch/congress (both house and senate) and signed by the executive branch (President), and deemed constitutional by the judicial branch (supreme court) has been partially voided/changed soley by the executive branch. Now, Im not a constitutional scholar by any means, but where does the executive branch have the authority to do this? I simply do not understand this concept. Before anyone goes off on a tangent about Bush this and Clinton that and well, its been done before, Im speaking directly about THIS issue.
