THE ARTISTS WAY is THE most misunderstood. THE WORLD revels at what WE DO........plopping down hard cash to see movies, buy music, watch appointment television, stand up comedy.....even enjoy their favorite commercials. WE ARE TOLD TO GET A real job, that were wasting our time, that is a foolish mans dream, etc....but at the same time..tune into SCANDAL, pay to see a KEVIN HART film or a TYLER PERRY PLAY. ARTISTS work to give you the escape you need or to educate you about the human condition.....we bring you closer to YOURSELF by conveying stories which confirm WE ARENT ALONE IN OUR VARIOUS STRUGGLES, challenges and VICTORIES....some of you arent smart enough to know.....NO...so ungrateful for what we bring to you....that IF WE TOOK YOUR ADVICE......there would BE NO SHONDA RHIMES, KERRY WASHINGTON, KEIFER SUTHERLAND OR DENZEL WASHINGTON.......all of these people didnt just materialize.....they gave up something......risked something....some may have been homeless for a time....took ridicule from somewhere......or somebody to give you a RESPIT from your day to day. The circle of life brings us doctors, lawyers, accountants, veterinarians and also..ACTORS...SINGERS.....DANCERS......COMEDIANS. Think about it the next time you point a FANGER at a supposed struggling artist....because tomorrow you might be asking for their autograph.THANK GOD that voice in our hearts is louder than the voices of some of your shortsightedness.......#RantOvah
