THE BEST CHOCOLATE CAKE EVER grab your pens ladies this is the most wonderful homemade cake ever and you more than likely have everything you need for it in your kitchen this came from an 86 year old woman who had it handed down from her grandma. heat oven 350 in large bowl mix well 2cup sugar 2cup flour (I sifted mine) 1T soda 1-1/2 t cinnamon in a pan bring to a boil 2 sticks butter 1cup water 4T coco pour boiling mixture over dry mixture mix well in small bowl beat 2eggs 1/2 cup buttermilk 1t vanilla add beat mixture to other stir well pour into ungreased cake pan it says to bake 20 minutes I thought it was too runny in the middle and baked mine 30 and it was too dry so I would call it maybe 25 minutes or you could just pull it out after 20 let it cool and see how moist it is. much love this is for michelle I had always wanted to cook this for her but didnt get instructions until it was too late but one day we will have this in heaven together.
