THE CROOKS OF SUN GROVE RESORT VILLAGE (Picture #1) James Koenig (picture #2) was the mastermind of the Sun Grove Resort Village (SGRV) problems created by the AREI/Oakdale Heights Ponzi Scheme that defrauded 2,000 investors of $250 million. We were successful in getting a 43-year prison sentence for Mr. Koenig because he ran the Oakdale Heights Management Company which financially raped 23 seniors living facilities and harming over 2,500 elders living in those senior living facilities. Mr. Koenig had been found guilty before in a gold Ponzi scheme which was never disclosed to the new investors. Gary Armitage (picture #3) was an investment broker and received a 10-year prison sentence from the monetary losses of the Ponzi scheme. Jeffery Guidi (picture #4) was an investment broker and he received no prison sentence for turning to be a witness for the state. Mr. Guidi had to pay $300,000 restitution. Scott Green (picture #5), former executive director of SGRV, was a 2005 Medicare Fraud felon that made his living scamming the government and SGRV seniors. The Arizona Law Enforcement never discovered Mr. Greens criminal background on our elder abuse and fair housing violations complaints to the Peoria Police and Arizona Attorney General. We discovered Mr. Greens shocking criminal past and he was fired on August 28, 2012. Due to poor Arizona Law Enforcement Mr. Green did not go to jail for his elder abuse and senior financial exploitation crimes at SGRV.
