THE FIRST 5 QUESTIONS ON IELTS SPEAKING ARE: 1. What is your full name? (Many VN speakers give their PHONE!) 2. What identification do you have with you today? (I brought my Vietnam National Identity Card - or passport.) 3. Are you a student or a worker? (I attend a univ. here in HCMC; Im studying Business Administration.) 4. Where do you come from? (The worst possible answer: I come from Vietnam - so does everyone else!) 5. Can you tell me something about your family / home / hometown? Q. 6 to 8. A common topic, such as hobbies, sports, or watching TV (Do you like it? How often do you do this? What is your favorite? or Which is most popular? 9 to 11. A less common topic, such as flowers, birds, photography, the environment, endangered animals, restaurants, hotels, etc. NEXT COMES THE TWO MINUTE TALK, with one minute to prepare. Then, PART 3 FOLLOW-UP questions, maybe 4 , 5, or 6, depending on how long your answers are. These questions are NOT about YOU.
