THE GOSPEL IS NOT ALWAYS DEEP OR BORING. IT’S PERSONAL , TESTIMONIAL, PARABLE, that you can understand like. IT’S EMOTIONAL, but yes, Logical as well. It gets you HAPPY, ANGRY, SAD, CONVICTED, JOYFUL, REFLECTIVE…so much. IT puts YOUR bad or good past in PERSPECTIVE. It makes you PLANT WITH JOY, cause YOU KNOW THE future is BRIGHT, EXPLOSIVE, ELECTRIC. At least that’s how I feel. See…that’s why THE HOLY SPIRIT said to me today, WHY DO PEOPLE think JESUS is boring, when HE’S not. And just now the HOLY SPIRIT said, CAUSE THE people who PREACH it….make you DOZE off to sleep. Oh sure they quote scriptures. Which is step ONE, and GOOD….but they are WOODEN, darn near LIFELESS, unactive. ANY ONE can read the words of scripture. AND THAT IS GOOD, step ONE. But not ANYONE CAN teach, MAKE it come alive. I certainly TRY…..with yeah, DEEP OR SIMPLE SCRIPTURE. I write, THIS is what the written book says. BUT what brings it to life, IS THEN I ADD…MY LIFE, experiences, testimonies to it, THINGS about HOW AND WHY it works. THAT WAY you, see YOU….in me. AND THEN YOU SEE HOW SCRIPTURE applies, TO YOU………if I don’t tell you I did DUMB things before I really applied the word, YOU think I’M JESUS….and I’m not. So I gotta tell you about the time when I did THIS or THAT…..obeyed GOD and what happened…………….. …………… Then tell you what the SCRIPTURE is really saying in AS SIMPLE, EASY DIGESTABLE terms as possible. IF IT CAN’T HELP YOU MARRY, RAISE KIDS, GET A JOB, BE JOYFUL, GO THROUGH PAIN, help you EMOTIONALLY, SPIRITUALLY, MENTALLY, and PRACTICALLY….why would you want it. I LOVE THE Pope. But let’s be honest. MOST of what he says is TRUE. No disrespect……BUT PLAIN STRAIGHT TRUTH…..IS BORING…..so TEACHERS bring it to life. SO YOU KNOW…..GOD HAS GREAT THINGS for your future, YOU never thought POSSIBLE. Not talking about ANY of you. But some…….WAY back in the day before I met you…….BORED me to death with scripture. HOW CAN THAT BE? I’ll tell you why. THEY LOOKED AT HOW JESUS PREACHED, and tried to follow suit. ONE THING…..JESUS NEVER SINNED or DONE nothing DUMB, EVIL, wicked or out of PURE EMOTIONS……….I have. So where as JESUS aint got that EQUIPMENT to use….THE DUMB TESTIMONIES….I DO……….HALLELUJAH..I DO……………… So JESUS could minister IMPERSONAL, and open up DEEP SCRIPTURE. (cause HE also BACKED it up with MIRACLES, SIGNS, WONDERS, HEALING THE SICK, TURN few loaves, fish, into MANY. And he PERSONALLY, PUBLICLY DIED.) Horribly, EMBARASSINGLY. That’s PRETTY personal. But guess what, EVEN HE looked at scripture and said, I NEED A PARABLE of someone. NOT ME. I’M JESUS. I’M PERFECT. Let me find someone, LIKE YOU ALL, who you can relate to. SOMETHING….PERSONAL. If you can’t talk about HOW SCRIPTURE helped you to raise children, marry and maintain a marriage, HOW IT HELPED you get a job, choose a career, about how when you had NO money for bills, or how YOU were so mad and wanted REVENGE and scripture stopped you……..IF YOU CAN’T SAY ALL THAT………..YOU’RE not really TEACHING. You are a SCRIBE. Scribes told you what the SCRIPTURES SAID….period. NOTHING else. Or they wrote it. AND YOU SAID…..WELL, I COULD have read the WORDS on the page. DO THEY WORK, AND HOW…..that’s what PEOPLE need to know. DO YOU MEAN YOU CAN’T EVEN hold a HUMAN conversation with a person? THAT is what makes PEOPLE want to listen sometimes. WE, ME, maybe you WALK AROUND LIKE A CHRISTIAN ROBOT…………then suddenly I hear, OH…..there is a LIFE behind all that scripture. DIDN’T know that. …………………………………….YOU mean there’s a family behind all that, and stuff that happened that I can relate to? You mean this person LAUGHS, smiles, is sad, goes through mild loneliness, or says GOOFY things. WOW! I just didn’t know. ALL I THOUGHT WAS THEY said scripture in a BORING, LOW, MONOTONE. ……………………….Now I see they are human….Hmmmm…..NOW I’m finally more interested. Now they are more like me, INSTEAD of hiding, suppressing everything, and telling me of PERFECTION. Now I see finally……..either they are IMPERFECT, or I HEAR an example of how PERFECT SCRIPTURES affect them PERSONALLY, and in their PERSONAL LIFE. When on FACEBOOK, I had a fiancé….WOW……her name came up every now and then. LOL! It was just a NORMAL part of my conversation. UNLESS I was ASHAMED of her…………….Then I’d be like, SHH, to my spirit……DON’T tell that. She’s something I got cause I NEED somebody. GOD didn’t give her to me. I’m not proud. And she’s not a very good Christian. That won’t make me look good. Or it will make me look UNPROFESSIONAL. So ……forget her. LET’S TALK MORE SCRIPTURES…..that will help YOUR LIFE……..NO…..MY LIFE, AND SCRIPTURES WILL HELP YOUR LIFE. Being too secretive, MAY not help YOU…………………. ………. SO IF YOU KEEP ALL YOUR PERSONAL LIFE PERSONAL……………what you say is WOODEN, lifeless. Like WITH me……WHEN I WAS MARRIED…..even though I wasn’t preaching, YOU’D hear about my WIFE every now and then. IT’S AN INTRICATE PART OF HOW YOU SHOULD BE MARRIED. If YOU never mention wife, kids, friends, nothing……………………MAKES A PERSON THINK either you are ASHAMED of what GOD did. Or HE didn’t do it. YOU did it. OR NONE OF THAT APPLIES to scripture. CAUSE…..UH……YOUR PERSONAL life DOES APPLY here. UNLESS YOU JESUS, and can give me PARABLES that make me LISTEN. And if you can’t TESTIMONIES, PERSONAL stuff helps. AND there should be some EMOTION to it, as well, sometimes. YOU, I can’t minister like JESUS like we are PERFECT, cause we are NOT. So when I , anyone hears you PREACHING, TEACHING, EXPOUNDING…..if I never hear PERSONAL…………..you’re kinda being something I’M NOT………………….JESUS……..PERFECT, and NEVER made a mistake, or have ANY personal life, or NOTHING……………YOU ARE SIMPLY A PERSON who was born, STARTED TELLING SCRIPTURE….DIED. next……STUNNER MESSAGE……………………..
