THE GREAT GROUSE RACE From estate to plate in under 12 hours? On Tuesday 12th August, otherwise known as the Glorious Twelfth, long-time game aficionados ETM Group will, alongside Ben Weatherall of Yorkshire Game, be heading out onto the stunning Yorkshire heather moors at first light to bag the first braces of the season. With their heads firmly in the game, they will then race down from North Yorkshire to The Jugged Hare, in the City of London to bring lucky customers a dish that often doesnt appear on the menu until 13th or 14th August. Witness the Land Rovers’ screech to a halt outside the restaurant during a drinks reception with our Sloe and Mulberry Williams Chase Gin before chefs pluck, truss and cook up a storm in time for a delicious game dinner with matched wines at 7pm. Guests will be able to follow their dinner’s progress throughout the day via @TheJuggedHare #greatgrouserace.
