THE GREAT INDIAN COMEDY:- As expected the SAT formed and monitored by the Apex Court to bring back black money returned empty hand after a pleasure trip to Europe on tax payers money because the banks abroad told them to get out! The lesson we learn is that the Judiciary is suffering from high adrenaline and step into the shoes of Executive. Our constitution provide for clear division of functions with instruments of check and balances but that have been thrown to wind.The first symptoms appeared when the Court started appointing Judges through Collegium and ended up kith and kin occupying the chairs!! Then they started deciding their own salary in the garb of autonomy when even the President of India does not decide his salary. Now the disease has spread to making laws, a function of legislature and implementing laws and investigations, a function of Executive. All this happen when 3 1/2 crores cases are pending with courts denying justice to the citizens. Will Narendra Modi Govt advice the President to issue an advisory to the judiciary to remain in its domain or President will set aside the orders of the court outside its domain for which the President is empowered by the constitution.
