THE HINDU The Hindus are followers of Dharma called the Sanatana Dharma meaning Eternal Way of Living. Hindu is a name coined by the Persians, namely Land of the Indus river. And we follow 3 schools of philosophy is called Advaita Sidhanta, Visista Advaita, and Dwaita. There is no religion here, only schools of thought. The God in ONE, in Sanatana Dharma God is Nirguguna Parabrahman, the purest and highest form of ENERGY, something beyond what we can even begin to comprehend. The belief is that we are all manifestation of that higher conscious or energy. Followers of the Dharma believe that every living and nonliving entity is part of the higher conscious. The destination is one, paths are many. Some choose Islam, some choose Christianity, some are Atheist. The path does not mean a thing to the real followers of Dharma. What makes you a good person, is good deeds and love for your fellow human beings, where you cannot hurt another living soul. Kindness, truth etc these are the aspects that matter more. What if you are ardent Christian or Muslim or Hindu with no love or respect for the fellow human being? Such people can never ever be part of any religion. All religion preaches love. AND WE ARE NOT IN COMPETITION WITH EACH OTHER, WE HAVE TO LEARN TO CO-EXIST> JAI HIND
