THE HINDU YOUNG SCIENTIST TALENT HUNT-2014 FINALIST Please kindly find attached the list of shortlisted students for the finals of THE HINDU YOUNG SCIENTIST- 2014. These Finalists have been chosen by our eminent panelist comprising senior Professors from Anna University / IIT / HIET // Medical Colleges. The finals will take place in the Hindustan University campus on the 14th & 15th February 2014, hence outstation students are requested to assemble here in Chennai on the 13th February evening by 7pm latest. Out station students accomodation will be provided at the Hindustan University Hostel from 13th February late evening - 8pm, until 15th February Evening 7pm, hence please plan your travel accordingly and keep us informed for the transportation support. The shortlisted finalist will have to carry their LIVE WORKING model- either the same one (or) a different model from that presented on a CD / DVD, for the preliminary. The students should also prepare for a short slip test which will contain common questions - 25 in nos ( Physics / Chemistry / Biology ) . We are indeed very happy to share with you that the finalists are been given an opportunity to visit the SATISH DHAWAN SPACE CENTER - Sriharikota, on the the 14th February morning, this is a rare opportunity extended by the Space Center for the students of this age category.
