THE HORMONE BALANCING PLAN- DIET: A bad diet is the number two killer of female hormone balance! Get rid of excess bread. Instead, eat sprouted-grain breads or tortillas, or other high-fiber foods that are not made of flour. Get rid of sugar in your diet. It causes depression, fat gain around your waist, and fatigue. Eat a small amount of lean protein with each meal, especially breakfast. Consume most of your carbohydrates as fruits and vegetables and whole grains and legumes. Eat every 4-5 hours, and dont skip breakfast!
