THE KEY TO LEADERSHIP "Does LEADERSHIP come along with any of us - TopicsExpress

THE KEY TO LEADERSHIP "Does LEADERSHIP come along with any of us as a natural feature? Or in other words, is it something specific of a natural selection process? Could it be developed by a human being in the long term as part of his soft skills?" In order to answer those questions posted above I will extensively list and eventually describe some patters or characteristic trends, which were found out within a book titled "Shadow of the knight, following in the footsteps of Sir Alex Ferguson" by Paul Smith, who was both the autor and responsible of describing and releasing the key words or arguments when describing the most talented and succesfully awarded coach and manager of Manchester United Football Club, its golden fish, the man provided with a Midas´ Touch and beyond the facts possibly the very best character of football history when it comes to training terms. First of all, all his success would have never arrived across more than 25 year-career without a clear vision, plus determination followed by hard work as well as strong work ethic. Regardless, that gifted man is fully covered by a ruthless pursuit of perfection and he developed a unique mode of operation. Secondly, such a winning mentality and a huge ability to overcome "challenging challenges" because of a never give up mindset, due to a restless behaviour, sometimes by being stubborn. Furthermore, no one without a lack of ambition or a fussy attention to detail would have derailed such a man of success because he was also a motivator, a romantic for the round ball game or as somebody said "an everlasting decision maker". Finally, the fact that being an obsessively focused coach or someone able to keep an astonishing level of performance all over those pressure cooker and highly demanding seasons are factors to bear in mind. Howewer, we shouldn´t forget that HE WAS JUST AN ORDINARY MAN WITH A DREAM - the difference is he went out and lived it. RRS BO
