THE MALAWI NATIONAL EXAMINATIONS BOARD (MANEB) TO SCALE DOWN PASSING MARK ON 2013 MSCE EXAM RESULTS! MANEB is to scale down the passing mark for 2013 Malawi school certificate of education (MSCE) from the usual 33.3% down to 22% so that many candidates could pass this years MSCE which was also heavily leaked. After finishing marking, it has been established that many people have failed, it is a disaster and without scaling it down, only a handful out of thousands who sat for 2013 MSCE will make it.
