THE MESSIAH HAS RETURNED A SECOND TIME Revelation 19:11 ‘Now I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse. And He who sat on him was called Faithful and True and in righteousness He judges and makes war.’ Now beloved if you read Revelation chapters 6,7,8,9,16 and 17 you will see the various judgements of God being poured out on earth during the last three and half period of antichrist’s rule. Now I will go into detail on those on another day but here I conclude with History’s greatest event that is going to take place very soon. Revelation 16:12-16 says ‘The sixth angel poured out his bowl on the great river Euphrates and its water was dried up to prepare the way for the kings from the East. Then I saw three evil spirits that looked like frogs they came out of the mouth of the dragon, out of the mouth of the beast and out of the mouth of the false prophet. They are spirits of demons performing miraculous signs and they go out to the kings of the whole world to gather them for the battle on the great day of God Almighty. ‘Behold I come like a thief. Blessed is he who stays awake and keeps his clothes with him so that he may not go naked and be shamefully exposed’. Then they gathered the kings together to the place that in Hebrew is called Armageddon.’ The preparation for the great battle between the armies of antichrist and the Lord of hosts begins with the pouring out of this bowl of judgement. When the Jewish nation revolt against the antichrist, he will begin to persecute them and drive them out of their homeland again. Zechariah 14:2 says ‘I will gather all the nations to Jerusalem to fight against it the city will be captured, the houses ransacked and the women raped. Half of the city will go into exile but the rest of the people will not be taken from the city.’ Antichrist during his rule will send into the desert half of the Israelites and the Lord will take care of them in the desert as detailed in Revelation 12 and Matthew 24:16-22. But there will be a remnant remaining in Jerusalem. At the end of his 7 year rule as a sign that he is going to put an end to the nation of Israel, the city of God – Jerusalem and the covenant promise of God to His people, antichrist and the armies of the world will gather to attack Jerusalem and completely destroy it. The attack as detailed above will see an army from the east and the armies will march across the great river which will be dried up to pave the way for their assault on Jerusalem. How do all these nations agree to antichrist’s plan to destroy Jerusalem? The evil spirits of deception working through him and the false prophet will deceive many and they will consider the antichrist as god who came down as a man. Due to the signs and wonders they will worship him as god. So they will follow him and listen to him because to them he is god. So the armies of the nations of the world will come and gather at the place called Armageddon to attack Jerusalem. Joel 3:2 says ‘I will gather all nations and bring them down to the valley of Jehoshaphat. Then I will enter into judgement against them concerning my inheritance my people Israel, for they scattered my people among the nations and divided up my land.’ The Lord gathers them to this place for one purpose and that is to judge the wicked of the world once and for all. Ezekiel 38 describes the entire event of this last battle, the antichrist and the nations involved. The nations involved in this attack are mentioned in Ezekiel 38:1-6 by their ancient names. Just for your information if you read the news now you will see all the nations mentioned here are having economic problems or great internal conflict, bloodshed and crisis and they are looking for someone to bring peace and stability. A stage is being perfectly set for someone to win the hearts of the people by providing a solution. Food for thought for you about the times we are living in. When the armies have gathered around the holy city, the seventh angel pours out his bowl into the air (Revelation 16:17-21). This is the beginning of the day of the Lord. The day of the Lord is the day the Lord returns to earth as described in Revelation 19 which says in verse 11 ‘I saw heaven standing open and there before me was a white horse whose Rider is called faithful and true. With justice He judges and makes war.‘ Verse 14 ‘The armies of heaven were following him, riding on white horses and dressed in fine linen white and clean.’ Zechariah 14:4 says ‘On that day His feet will stand on the Mount of Olives east of Jerusalem and the Mount of Olives will be split in two from east to west forming a great valley with half of the mountain moving north and half moving south.’ This earthquake is also described in Revelation 16:18 and Ezekiel 38:19-20. Matthew 24:30 says ‘At that time the signs of the Son of Man will appear in the sky and all the nations of the earth will mourn. They will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of the sky with power and great glory.’ Yes all the news channels will carry one news item only on that day. One break news – JESUS CHRIST IS REAL HE HAS COME TO EARTH and one live broadcast showing the events happening on the Mount of Olives and in the area surrounding Jerusalem. With one word the Lord destroys all the armies that have surrounded Jerusalem and the antichrist and the false prophet are thrown into the lake of fire. Beloved you may say this sounds like a fairy tale and nice to hear but beloved it is events that are going to happen word to word in the not too distant future. For many centuries the prophets prophesied of a Messiah to come and Jesus came the first time. These same prophets have given almost double that amount of prophecies in the Bible about His second coming. So if He came the first time then His second coming is even more sure because He came the first time. Beloved Habakkuk 2:2 ‘For the revelation awaits an appointed time; it speaks of the end and will not prove false. Though it linger, wait for it, it will certainly come and will not delay.’ Yes we may not know the exact dates of the events I have described over the past four days but Jesus said in Matthew 24, Mark 13 and Luke 21 we will know the season by the signs He tells us in those chapters. Read it for yourself and you yourself will be shocked that it describes today perfectly. One sign are earthquakes. A news release was made last year that earthquakes over the measurement of 5.0 have been 70 times more in the last 10 years alone and never has history seen so much earthquakes in such frequency as we see today. Beloved He is coming and His coming is soon. The question is, are we ready to meet Him. Is JESUS the Lord of your lives or are the pleasures and lusts and sin of the world the lord of your lives. We must make a definitive choice of who our Master is today. God bless you.
