THE Ndola High Court has sentenced three men of Mpatamatu in Luanshya to 22 years imprisonment each with hard labour for indecently assaulting a woman. This is in a case in which Julius Chibuye, 24, Eugene Kaluba, 24, and Shepherd Mulela, 24, all of Mpatamatu in Luanshya, were charged with indecent assault on a woman. Particulars of the offence were that Chibuye, Kaluba and Mulela that on December 31, 2012 in Luanshya, jointly and whilst acting together unlawfully and indecently assaulted a woman.
