THE PHLRC HISTORY MARCH 08, 2013 ADMIN NO COMMENTS HISTORY Sometime in April 2009, Ka. Even Demata formed a group called Pinoy Hot Line Clan (PHLC). Besides PHLC, he built another organization—Pinoy Hot Line Civic Organization (PHLCO). Soon after, Demata organized another riders group named Pinoy Hot Line Riders Club (PHLRC). Citing irresponsibility of its officers, Demata then dissolved the PHLC after the devastation of Typhoon Ondoy on September 29, 2009. Few PHLC loyal members were transferred to PHLCO. In December 2009, Demata re-established the PHLRC under the administration of Ka. Fredelito Modesto, former president. During their monthly meeting, March 14, 2010, Demata convened with its new members for the first time.
