THE POWER OF KIND WORDS: This morning the news and social media are flooded with negativity over who won and lost in the election yesterday. It is not hard to understand why, most of us in the USA have been flooded with negative political campaign ads for months now. Studies show that this is the contagion effect- negative advertising and negative social media posts will fuels our moods to be negative, angry and depressed. We can all change this right now. Lets replace the negativity with kindness. Let kindness and compassion be our currency in the country to drown out the negativity. Start with saying a kind word to yourself.
