THE REAL PLAN UNVEILED. Prof. Barya left an outcast In the name of Ddumba took over as V.C of makerere university. Little did we no of what was yet to come.Ddumba has come up with a few unpopular policies...but behold,mo r yet to come if something z not done. The question z hw come he z successful so far???...hea z dumbaz brilliant idea...... 1.2012,all students joining da university shall have to pay 60% v dea tuition before being handed admission letters...dis was intended fo fresherz but spread to even da continuing students. 2.2013...government sponsored students shall no longer receive faculty allowances...target on fresherz still. 3.2014...all students joining makerere shall pay tuition with 10% increase on all fees paid....fresherz still da target. 4.2014..halls v residence shall no longer feed students as a university policy but rather will do so as private entities...fresherz still da target although continuing students will also be affected. Such statistics show dat evry single yr as fresherz join dumba n colleagues will endorse new policies to da anguish v da biggest stakeholders..we da students.. These unpopular policies r imposed on fresherz coz da university knowz v dea excitement to join university n therefore can not stand up against such madness. Enough z enough...we shall not live to c mo policies passed...DDUMBAMUST LEAVE OR ELSE CHANGE HIS WAYS come join the intellectuals on monday,13th july2014 at muk freedom square for a demonstration in building the future
