THE TWiiN(z) CREDO October 3, 2013 at 3:04pm 1. Never be late. To be at the venue at least 30 minutes prior to class. 2. Never be absent. Unless cancelled by the client, studio, gym, we will always do our best to be with our clients. Unless we are sick, or impossible for us to go there, caused by force majeure - due to bad weather caused by any political activity that may put our lives in danger, we will be there. Unless we are invited to an event, where, the Twiin(z) are requested to perform to share our talents for a greater number. To endorse a qualified and available substitute in case we need to attend to ourselves and personal schedules. 3. Make clients happy. To ensure that they reach their objectives physically. To help them develop other aspects of their personality including socially, emotionally and mentally. To make clients feel that we are one with them when we dance, when we do fitness. To meet their and exceed their expectations. To help the student-base grow by offering innovation and creativity. To abide by the rules set by the client. 4. Keep the passion burning. That we teach class because we love sharing our talents, we love sharing the passion, we love seeing our clients and eventual friends happy. To do original choreographies. To dress up to the ocassion. Abide by our personal teaching and creative standards. To deliver "fun" not because of monetary reciprocation. 5. To live what we preach and act professionally at all times, at all costs. To be fair with our students. To be fair with our fellow instructors. To respect fellow instructors. To not engage in any personal matters of other instructors. To be fair with ourselves as well, to speak, to talk and to do actions against others when our reputation is at stake and unfair judgments are being made.
