THE VALUE EXCHANGE I often say to others, I am valuable, as you - TopicsExpress

THE VALUE EXCHANGE I often say to others, I am valuable, as you are valuable. We will make a value exchange, whereby I will offer you the best I have, and I assume you will give me your best in return. People who see no or little value in themselves will not operate according to such a code. In fact, they may find it distasteful. Instead of being concerned with self-respect, they usually try to gain recognition from others through manipulation, half-truth and show. The reason why some people often find it difficult to experience self-respect is because their sense of self is usually based on external things like praise, status, income and so on. As these fluctuate, so does their self appreciation. One day theyll feel theres no one as good as them and the next theyll feel utterly worthless. Actually, self respect is not a matter of what we are doing in our life, but rather the degree to which we bring quality and virtue to each act. via Tarun Gupta | Founder, iAchieveGroup #RockingTG #iAchieveGroup #Value #Respect #Appreciation
