(6) He/She must have good values such as: integrity, diligence, patience, honesty, consideration. In fact, He/She must be someone who manifests all the fruit of the Spirit mentioned in Galatians 5vs22-23. Galatians 5vs22-23: "But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law." (7) A true friend should have the effect of making you a better person through your association with him/her. Proverbs 13vs20: "He who walks with wise men will be wise, But the companion of fools will be destroyed." (8) A true friend must be someone who treats you the way you want to be treated and also respects you. (9) You will be able to feel comfortable enough to be yourself around him or her. (10) A good friend must be smart, kind, understanding and not jealous of you. (11) A true friend unselfishly takes the burden of others on himself or herself. (12) A true friend must be cherished and not forsaken. Proverbs 27vs10: "Do not forsake your own friend or your father’s friend, Nor go to your brother’s house in the day of your calamity; Better is a neighbor nearby than a brother far away." .....TO BE CONTINUED.
