THE WEAK LEAD THE STRONG! Because strength is something to be - TopicsExpress

THE WEAK LEAD THE STRONG! Because strength is something to be desired, people do not want to admit weakness (whether physical, emotional, mental, or moral). Acknowledging God, a higher being, would lead to acknowledging weakness as a human being. So what’s the solution? There is no God! Christianity and creation say something very different: “the weak shall lead the strong.” We see this in the Bible (Moses, Paul, David, Gideon Jesus, etc.) How did these people conquer and lead the mighty? First they acknowledged their weakness. When God chose him to speak before Pharaoh, Moses said, “I am slow of speech”. When God chose him as a prophet, Jeremiah said, “I am a child. The weak were brought to a place in life, were they relied on God’s strength and wisdom- not their own strength or intelligence. “He gives power to the faint (weak), and to them that have no might, he increases strength. … they wait upon the Lord and he shall renew their strength” When God told Paul, “My strength (power) is made perfect in weakness,” the apostle proclaimed, “Most gladly then I will rather boast about my weaknesses, for when I am weak, I am strong. Why does God use the weak to lead the strong? So that the weak made strong in God may give him glory- not themselves. God told Gideon get his army down to only 300 men, so all will know it was the Lord that gave them victory! Had he gone to attack with thousands of men, others would just give the stronger army credit. Paul declared to the Corinthian church....But God chose the foolish things of the world to shame the wise; God chose the weak things of the world to shame the strong. God chose the lowly things of this world and the despised things - and the things that are not - to nullify the things that are, so that no one may boast before him. It is because of him that you are in Christ Jesus, who has become for us wisdom from God- that is, our righteousness, holiness and redemption. God alone is all-powerful. He has all the strength we need. And he alone deserves all the glory. Therefore God has ordained that “the weak shall lead the strong.” PRAYER- Thank you Almighty God for the ability to learn from you. Thank you for the broken road I traveled that FINALLY led me to you. Im sorry for the years I depended on my own strength, thinking I didnt need u in every area of my life! I know I needed the humbling and will forever boast about my weaknesses. There was so much work for you to do in me... removing anxiety, fear, pride, unforgiveness, shame, guilt.. And Im sure there is more cleansing I need, but for now I rest and enjoy the work you have already done. U make me right. You make me Holy! I am nothing without you. I owe you everything! Please know where You go, I GO! I will wait upon you Lord for constant instruction- Keep talking my king, Im listening even to your slightest whisper :) Love Always, me ♡ In Jesus mighty name, Amen
