THE WORD WORKS 2 “And now, brethren, I commend you to God, and to the word of His grace, which is able to build you up, and to give you an inheritance among all them which are sanctified.” Acts 20:32 (KJV) Beloved, it is also important that you come to the realization that it is the word of God that you know and have stored in your system that comes handy in the hour of need. That is why you must take the issues of the word seriously. The devil is still in the business of gradually removing your fervency to study the word and making you put priority on the things you can see. I want to encourage you to study the word and meditate on it and let your cliché be ‘’believing is seeing’’, because when you believe, you will surely see. Be like the Berean Christians who go back home after the service to study and check out the things they have been taught. Learn to discover the word for yourself. There is a word for that situation, and that word is more potent than anything you can see. The spirit realm rules, governs and controls the physical; so what you can see today is a product of several things that you cannot see. If you learn to take hold of the things you cannot see and make them work for you, the things that you can see will take shape. The question is how do you take hold of the unseen? It is simply by your word. We understand that the world we can see was created by the word of God. In like manner, with the word of God you can also create your world. The warfare we are in is a battle of words, because every day the devil is speaking. I charge you today never to allow him have the last word. If he speaks concerning your health, business, family, finance, job or whatever area he chooses to speak, simply declare the word of God to him. If you have built yourself on the word, whenever the devil comes you are fully prepared to deal with him, because the word never fails. As I close let me remind you that the only thing you are permitted to be gluttonous about is the word of God. Read the word, meditate on it, speak it to yourself and be all that God has ordained you to be. I bless you in the name of the Lord.
