THEFT FROM VEHICLES ARREST-500-600 BLKS. W. CHESTNUT ST. Earlier today Officer Marc Shaffer arrested a subject who was found breaking into parked vehicles in and around the 500 and 600 blocks of W. Chestnut Sts. Some of the stolen items found on this subject were returned to their owners while other suspected stolen items are being stored in our evidence locker while we attempt to locate the owner.
