THEME: DESTINY COSTS Reading: Hebrews 11:10 For he looked for a city which hath foundations, whose builder and maker is God. Todays message is very deep, these who read it hypothetically will get very little, those who read it with understanding and under the anchorship of the Holy Spirit will actually not only get what I have typed, but much, much more than anything in this long emissary; its called, The Rhema. Destiny; is so costly such that so very rich people couldnt afford it, yet so affordable that some who were so poor were able to get it. So visible, even the blind can see it, So audible, even the deaf were able to hear it call. So near, you dont necessarily need your feet to walk to it, yet some have walked all their life, rode, driven and flown, but didnt reach it. Some have held on to destinations and forfeited destiny! Its not about how it feels in your hands, but how it feels in your heart. Some didnt have hands, yet, they embraced destiny. Surely, the race (to destiny) is not to the swift, the battle (of destiny) is not won by the strong, food (in the land of destiny) does not come to the wise, but time and chance happen to them all (the swift and the slow, the strong and the weak, the wise and the other-wise). Destiny costs; all of us are not on the same road. It therefore means that the road you take determines the things you will enjoy and the scenery you will enjoy. All of us are not using the same mode of transport to our destiny, which means, some pay much and reach there faster, others pay less and go there at a slower pace. A person travelling by air, pays substantially more, but reaches his or her destination faster. A person travelling on land has many options. They can walk, ride, drive or be driven, by sea or on rail; all these modes have costs and their speed vary. A person whos walking pays with his energy. And thats where so many are; they are walking to their destiny! They always arrive there (if ever they will) very tired. Some die on the way! Some are riding, on donkeys, on horses, on chariots, on bicycles, on motorcycles, all these have costs, and speed varies..fort also varies! Destiny costs your energy, money, speed and comfort. The lesser you pay, the more energy you use, the slower you move and comfort is also less. The more you pay, the faster you move, the lesser energy you use and the more comfortable you are. Abraham, Isaac and Jacob lived in tents, because they were looking for a city whose builder and architect was God! They paid a lot, hence they moved faster! They fore-went much, but all their dreams were fulfilled in their lifetime! When their wives were barren and they needed a child, God always came through! Every promise God made, He fulfilled. Jesus said, You cant follow me unless you deny yourself. A person travelling on the ground enjoys a lot of scenery, but moves slower; Ive been on airplanes, theres nothing to go site-seeing up there; but you move faster! What am I saying today? Im saying that your Destiny is fixed, it doesnt move either towards you or away from you. It is you who moves in either directions. And the price you are willing and able to pay, determines how fast, how comfortably, how easily, you reach it. Ive met guys who believe their Destiny is in music, but are not willing to pay the price! They want a cheap production or even a free production that will bring great returns, NEVER!! It cant happen. Small inputs brings small results. Whatever you plant is what you reap. If you give coins to God youll always have coins in plenty, pressed down, shaken together and running over. If you give God change, you will always have change. If you give God the best, He will give you the best! Someone said, Cheap is expensive. Your Destiny will always determine, what you eat, enjoy, stay with, etc. And if, We are going far as we always say, if We walk there, I bet many of us will die on the way. We must be prepared to invest in an air ticket! If We drive there, only God knows if We will arrive and enjoy the stay or we will arrive and die of old age. My advice to all who are going far, INVEST IN AN AIR TICKET! That way, only jet-lag will be your worry! Shalom and keep the faith. Facebook/pastornesh
