THIS IS IT. If your name isnt listed below, you might have missed something. Here are the possible reasons: 1. Not submission of OEAF, Disbursement Form, ROR and Copy of Grades on TIME, 2. ROR is not signed by the President. 3. Grades did not meet the required average of 1.75 for New Scheme and 2.00 for Old Scheme. 4. Grades below 2.5 are reflected on your ROR and copy of grades. 5.
