THIS IS MY PERSONAL RESPONSE TO ALL THE ANTI-GUNNERS THAT LOVE USING THE PHRASE GUN NUT TO VILIFY GUN OWNERSHIP. If were all gun nuts then our founding fathers were also gun nuts since it was them(left AND right)that created the amendment to the U.S. constitution that codifies the notion that no man can remove our god given right to keep and bare guns under ANY circumstances, neither can any law be made toward that end. So what youre basically saying is that when it comes to the issue of guns, us gun nuts are no different than men like George Washington, John Adams and/or Thomas Jefferson....I completely agree, whats your point? Did you seriously intend for your statement to be taken as an insult because I see it as a great compliment. I am a proud gun nut just like the millions of other proud gun nuts in America and around the world. Im also a guitar nut, a Classic muscle car nut, a Politics nut, a Food nut, a Computer nut, an Art nut etc etc Anyone that would publicly use such a regurgitated and negatively connotative phrase like gun nut to describe a group of people they dont understand or agree with proves two things. 1. The person lacks the mental capacity for critical thinking and therefore has ZERO credibility on ANY issue let alone the gun issue. 2. Because the person lacks the capacity to think critically they resign themselves to a default herd mentality and erroneously speak out on issues they never possessed the intelligence to understand in the first place. Their is a huge difference between heartfelt opinion and conceptual fact. Just my two cents worth. ,Dan
