MATTED FUR ON ABDOMEN AND PT IS LYING IN URINE AND A SMALL AMOUNT OF FECES. NEURO --HORIZONTAL NYSTAGMUS (FAST PHASE TO LEFT) OU. PT DOES NOT RESPOND TO VERBAL STIMULUS BUT DOES MOVE SLIGHTLY IN RESPONSE TO PHYSICAL MOVEMENT OF LIMBS AND PINCHING OF TOES ON BOTH FRONT FEET. PT HAS TONIC RIGIDITY OF ALL MUSCLES.
