THIS MAKES ME SICK!!! HOW do they justify this?!?!?! This game of politics is a bunch of bullshit, a way for some people who think they are better than others to justify their greatness. It is time that they STOP setting their own wages. TAXPAYERS are the ones that contribute the money to pay their salaries, so TAXPAYERS should have a STRONG voice on the amount of said salary!!! If I think that politicians should earn an amount that is EQUAL to the national average of what the population earns. If that number is $163 000 then so be it BUT if that number is closer to $75 000 then something needs to change!!!
