THIS PAGE CANT BE DISPLAYED. All links to the Ferguson, MO city budget have been deactivated. It was previously reported that 1/3 of the budget goes to police and 50% of all city revenues derive from traffic stops, with blacks comprising over 90% those ticketed. Also, we know now the gross non-representation of blacks in leadership positions. At the suggestion of my Princeton educated and MBA (UT) holding sister (much smarter than me), I am attempting to research block grants, monies paid to contractors sorted by race and other indications of exclusion of majority black residents from economic resources. Holla, if you can help me follow the money and shed some light on the insanely intransigent behavior of police and elected officials in this area under relentless media scrutiny -- thank God! Just imagine if the 70% black residents eligible to vote got rid of the mayor, city council and police chief and put an end to the gravy train. Perhaps what were seeing is apartheids last stand in this hell hole, thus the removal of public records, restriction of the rights to protest and of assembly, not to mention total disregard of dicta from two niggers in authority (POTUS and THE State Trooper head).
