THIS WEEK AT THE SEABIRD JAZZ LOUNGE - 10/31/13 - 11/3/13 Greetings, I hope your plans this week will include joining us at the Seabird Jazz Lounge. The Seabird Jazz Lounge and Roscoes House of Chicken n Waffles are two great destinations under one roof. Every THURSDAY night is KARAOKE NIGHT plus this week we are having a HALLOWEEN COSTUME PARTY hosted by Jay of Fly Girl Entertainment. This week is the last Thursday night of the month Karaoke contest with 1st ($100), 2nd ($50) and 3rd ($25) prize winners who will be eligible to move on to the grand finale with the top prize being $1,000. So, come on out, wear your Halloween costume and sing or just come out and have a good time. This Friday (11/1/13) join us for THE PORTERHOUSE BJS BAND FEATURING WILLIAM SOUL PORTER. Its another night of Blues, Jazz and old School Soul. Mr. Porter will be performing some Johnny Taylor, Tyrone Davis and Brook Benton. His special guest, Mr. Ray Brooks will be performing some Marvin Gaye and other dance jams. Miss Matilda Haywood will be performing some great jazz and blues. Also, Mr. George Brittenham will be there keeping it smooth with some jazz standards along with other friends that will be dropping by. A special shout out to all of the Jordan Bull Dogs. This Saturday (11/2/13) join LINDSEY HUNDLEY AND RUSTY JOHNSON for an amazing night of jazz standards, contemporary Jazz and original compositions. Sunday (11/3/13) Check out George Matoian performing from 11:30am until 2:30 pm. NO LIVE MUSIC IN THE EVENING - THE BAR IS OPEN UNTIL 10PM The Seabird Jazz Lounge continues to provide the best in entertainment in a comfortable setting with a full bar.
