THIS WILL TAKE A FEW MINUTES BUT IT IS IMPORTANT. It concerns ALL OF US as it could happen to ANY OF US. A dear friend has kindly just pmd me SOME very useful information regarding my unlawful kidnapping and imprisonment in West Suffolk hospitals secure rehabilitation unit for mentally ill psychiatric patients. The information clearly demonstrates that the registered medical practitioner HAVE NOT carried out the admission in line with the regulations under which they are bound as government employees. This means that not only have I had my home broken into by way of four police constables using a battering ram to smash my front door along with the frame to the ground. Been assaulted by the same constables while offering no resistance, forced tightly into handcuffs (asked if I was under arrest I was told no you are not under arrest. they kindly let me out of the cuffs after a period of 10 minutes). I was then interrogated against my will by the three psychiatrists that entered my home without my permission and asked all manner of private and personal questions which were highly accusatory in nature and seemed designed to extract some sort of admission of guilt. Not satisfied with my simple and honest answers to their interrogating questions they then proceeded to commit an unlawful kidnapping (to save face no doubt as I had not consented to seeing them or letting them in to my home nor did I acknowledge their assumed position as authority over me. This they clearly were not used to and did not like). Not only have I been unlawfully subjected to all of these numerous breaches of my rights as and living breathing man. It is now clear that the the doctors that put me hear have breached their own legislative laws. See below for a breakdown of the admission process. NONE OF WHICH HAS BEEN CARRIED OUT LAWFULLY AND NONE OF WHICH HAS BEEN CARRIED OUT LEGALLY. I will have one hell of case to bring upon those that have acted unlawfully upon me. They shall each be held personally accountable for their crimes. The days of the state bullying the people are numbered. Mark my words. So heres the admissions criterion: 2 Admission for assessment.E+W (1)A patient may be admitted to a hospital and detained there for the period allowed by subsection (4) below in pursuance of an application (in this Act referred to as “an application for admission for assessment”) made in accordance with subsections (2) and (3) below. (2)An application for admission for assessment may be made in respect of a patient on the grounds that— (a)he is suffering from mental disorder of a nature or degree which warrants the detention of the patient in a hospital for assessment (or for assessment followed by medical treatment) for at least a limited period; and (b)he ought to be so detained in the interests of his own health or safety or with a view to the protection of other persons. (3)An application for admission for assessment shall be founded on the written recommendations in the prescribed form of two registered medical practitioners, including in each case a statement that in the opinion of the practitioner the conditions set out in subsection (2) above are complied with. (4)Subject to the provisions of section 29(4) below, a patient admitted to hospital in pursuance of an application for admission for assessment may be detained for a period not exceeding 28 days beginning with the day on which he is admitted, but shall not be detained after the expiration of that period unless before it has expired he has become liable to be detained by virtue of a subsequent application, order or direction under the following provisions of this Act. Now... whether you know me in either a face to face or social media capacity do you think or... more importantly do you feel (feel/intuit) that I have been justly and lawfully imprisoned? Please do share this status and please do comment. Your voice is important! Peace~~~
