THUMBS DOWN: To the person driving the dark green bomb with one break light on Smith Street this afternoon who felt it was necessary to dangerously swerve in and out of all the cars following the new speed limits then throw rubbish out their window and continued to dangerously swerve in and out of the cars on the highway doing 110km/h. Did that make you get to where you were going any faster?
