THY WILL BE DONE The Will of God is not what we yield to only when it is convenient to do so. Similarly, Thy Will be done should not be an attitude of resignation to fate or a source of consolation when challenges of inescapable kind assail us. Sometimes we try to give the impression that we care about the Will of God, although at the same time and very deep within us we wish we could change things. These sacred words of avowal should actually be a seal to mans unwavering conviction on the Sublime and Omnipotent Will of God. It should be a joyful and voluntary surrender to the Holy Will of God without hesitation and in the knowledge that God will take perfect care of us.
