TIP-O-THE DAY As a general contractor I have finally learned my final lesson with the big box stores. To make a long story short in my opinion CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOT EXIST at any of them. The final straw for me was waiting 6 weeks for a shower unit I was told would be in at the store in 3 weeks. Only to find out the unit was damaged and I would have to wait another 7 to 10 days for the new 1 to arrive. I have had these experiences at all of the box stores. ALL OF THEM
