TIPPING THE DOMINOES ***** No, its not a drinking game. Or ordering dinner. Its having the courage, clarity and conviction to make changes in your life. And you make them one at a time. It can be very scary. You do it anyway. And guess what? Not everyone wants you to change. So? Why anyone would want you to stay unhappy, unhealthy and resentful, Im not sure. Actually, I do know why but thats another post. And, to be clear, nobody is swooping in to change your life. Nobody is saving your day. Nobody will ring your doorbell with simple solutions. Except Dominoes. But thats not really a solution. Tipping the dominoes is your job. If you dont do it, you will stay stuck. So muster up the courage to make your changes one at a time.
