TIPS for taking Skinny Fiber! Some tips for starting on Skinny Fiber Some of you may have already heard me preach this over and over AND OVER again, haha! But for those who havent heard, please read - its very important! Remember - You will still need to make good choices! Skinny Fiber will help you over-all, and help make those choices easier. BUT you cannot eat fast food every day, drink a six-pack every night, and expect it to work. It is NOT a magic pill or a pass to do whatever you want! 1. It may not happen overnight! This is why we recommend the 90 day challenge! For me, it happened within 48 hours - but I have (or had, depending on when youre reading this!) a lot to lose But for others, they dont see loss until the third week! 2. Take before pictures! Take each side, front (with arms out), and back. Take them against a solid colored, light wall with nothing around you. Take them once a week or once a month.... Oftentimes, those pangs you feel that you think are hunger pangs are actually your body saying, I NEED WATER! DRINK! 4. Create an eating plan. Go to myfitnesspal and sign up. Before Skinny Fiber, I found myself struggling to stay at 1400 calories per day. Snacking - Poptarts, fruit gummy snacks, popcorn, ice cream - it was all a temptation and hurt me big time.
