JOB DESCRIPTION: • You have to work from home in your training period • We are having tools to track your work because you will feel like working in company • You have to share your views and thoughts for making our company policies improved, powerful and effective • You have to manage all the core HR activities, if needed you have to work all the week • Required good knowledge in recruitment process • You have to create good network with candidate, clients, employees and other IT companies • Everyday work task will be given to you and every task has limits so you have to complete it and because of some reason you unable to complete than you have to mail Top Management with appropriate reason REQUIREMENTS OR QUALIFICATIONS: • Qualification needed MBA/PGDM (done or Perusing) • Good communication with verbal and written skill • IT field knowledge • Understand organizational planning and development • Motivational qualities and capable to motivate people • Understand the employee engagement and employee relations • self-starter and quick learner AFTER TRAINING: • Increment in every 6 month (20% to 40%) • You can directly communicate with top management • No Bonds, No Training fees and No Deposit • Salary will be 12000 to 16000 per month.
