TLC Predictions NEW DAY vs THE DUSTS Even though the WWE has spent about 5 minutes on selling this match-up & there is not much of a storyline, it could actually be a pretty entertaining match. The Dusts usually put on good matches & a New Day brings a lot of energy & Kofi, the best wrestler of this bunch, is probably one of the best wrestlers in all WWE. That being said, this one is about as predictable as it gets when it comes to the outcome. New Day is still on its debut push & the Dusts are going to be enhancers until they get a new storyline ...unless this is just the beginning of a long feud destined for Main Event & Superstars. PREDICTION: NEW DAY (but it could be by DQ if this is the start of a feud). US HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE MATCH RUSEV vs JACK SWAGGER Didnt we just finish this rivalry about 10 minutes ago? The buildup has been minimal but at least there is a storyline & history here. Rusev has yet to submit or be pinned and that isnt going to change tonight. It could be a semi-interesting match or it could be the same ole, same ole, but lets just hope no one gets ahold of a microphone except Lana. Maybe there is a double DQ or double count out and Swagger can actually save face for once in this rivalry because there is no way the WWE is going to taint Rusevs rise unless the opponent is named Cena or Reigns. PREDICTION: RUSEV DIVAS CHAMPIONSHIP TITLE MATCH NIKKI BELLA vs AJ LEE It is too soon for another title exchange so dont expect AJ to walk away with her baby. That being said, we could still be in for a pretty entertaining match. The Brie factor (which makes no kay fab sense btw - but I am pretty sure has a lot to do with the next season of Total Divas) will certainly add an entertaining wild card to the mix. She could interfere either way, as a heel or turn face, as far as I am concerned. We can all just hope for a little bit more Attitude-era HLA! PREDICTION: AJ takes the victory but Nikki retains the title. TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH THE MIZ & MIZDOW vs THE USOS Insert my normal disclaimer here, I am totally biased towards Miz & Mizdow. The Usos have been showing signs of strain thanks to the Miz-Naomi saga. I think the angry vengeful Usos doesnt work for them but I think a Naomi heel turn is very likely. I could see her helping Miz & Mizdow win inadvertently or even on purpose. If she does turn on the Usos and join the Mizs entourage, I could see her getting a push (& some heel assistance) in the womans division. Of course you can insert another disclaimer here as I do enjoy factions so anything that forms one and also helps the womans division gets my full support. PREDICTION: MIZ & MIZDOW RYBAK vs KANE This one will be as predictable as they come - in result & watching the match. After we see at least a half-dozen total maneuvers combined throughout the entire match, Rybak will leave with the victory & continue on his rise with this current push. Kane is just an enhancer at this point in his role with WWE. This does have the potential to be the least interesting match of the ppv. PREDICTION: RYBAK BIG SHOW vs ERIC ROWAN in a Steel Stairs match Im not really sure that this match holds any interest outside of the stairs stipulation and not even sure there is any real storyline. I also am not really sure what creative has in mind for either of these two. I dont think Rowan is interesting nor intriguing enough without a faction & obviously the WWE has no serious plans for the Big Show. His career & storyline have been so horribly mismanaged I dont even want to start on it here & now. I hope Show he can be a pissed off heel on a roid-rage like tear for 2015 but instead WWE is probably a match or two away from him main eventing Superstars versus Justin Gabrial or Zach Rider. PREDICTION: BIG SHOW INTERCONTINENTAL TITLE MATCH LUKE HARPER vs DOLPH ZIGGLER in a ladder match The ppv is in Cleveland - home of Ziggler & I generally consider a more nimble athlete has the best shot in a ladder match. That plus the glass ceiling Ziggler always hits always results in another climb back up the ladder - literally in this case. PREDICTION: ZIGGLER regains the belt. CENA vs ROLLINS in a tables match No one (well not this someone) wants to see Cena vs Lesner again. Cena losing his #1 contender spot leaves for a lot more entertaining storyline possibilities with the return of Roman Reigns, Daniel Bryant & RKO all here shortly. Im sure there will be some chicanery & twists in this match but wins & loses dont really touch Cenas juice. PREDICTION: SETH ROLLINS DEAN AMBROSE vs BRAY WYATT in a TLC match Has the potential to be the best match of the night - of course with tables, ladders & chairs!!! Not that Ambrose is the next face of the company or even a baby face but he is a hell of a lot closer than that crazy ass Bray Wyatt! Ambrose is still on a push. PREDICTION: AMBROSE NOTABLE SCRATCHES: Cesaro Shamus Mark Henry Natty Tyson Kid Adam Rose Fandango ...other non-surprise scratches: Brock Lesner (again) RKO Paige Bo Dallas
