TNGS3E13 - Déjà Q: A moon orbiting around a planet is out if its normal trajectory and will crash into the planet. Q just showed up - naked! Hes been kicked out of the continuum. Something just scanned the Enterprise and stopped when it found Q. Q has volunteered to use his knowledge of things to help restore the moon to its normal orbit. Q eats for the first time, he orders 10 chocolate sundaes. Guinan just stabbed Q in the hand with a fork. The Calamarain show up and want to hurt Q. Data saved Q from them. Q decides to sacrifice himself to the Calamarain to allow the Enterprise to rescue the planet. That selfless act by Q convinced the Continuum to return his powers. In gratitude Q restored the moon back to its normal orbit and gave Data the experience of a hearty laugh.
