TO ALL HAU STUDENTS: Please inform your parents that you are covered by a Personal Accident Insurance 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, for injuries or loss of life resulting from accident, unprovoked murder and assault, and natural calamities, whether in school or outside, including authorized school activities and athletic events anywhere in the world. Benefits include P300/day daily hospital income for up to 30 days (for illness) and 60 days (for accident), P200,000 comprehensive general liability (school premises only), a P40,00 double indemnity, P11,000 for burial, P15,000 accident medical reimbursement, P40,000 for unprovoked murder, accidental death, and permanent disablement or dismemberment, etc. For details, please see the HAU Office of Student Affairs (OSA), first floor PGN Building.
