TO THE MANAGEMENT OF HI FI KTV in CITY TIMES SQUARE....(I cant post this directly in your fb page because it needs your approval before posting and Im pretty sure you will not post this on your FB wall) To those who are planning to go to HI FI KTV, BEWARE... I was at your KTV earlier tonight with my family and all i can say is, I am so DISAPPOINTED with your service. I hope that your management will do something about this. When i called around 1:45pm today to reserve one room good for 10 pax, the person who answered the phone doesnt have any idea about the P3,300 package that i want to reserve. he did say that the person in charge is not yet in. I know that you open at 2pm so i told him i will call again. he did ask for my cell number and informed me that the person in charge will call me once she comes in for work. around 2:30pm, no one called yet so i called again to make the reservation. the same person answered and asked me if someone called me since he already forwarded my number to the person in charge. well, obviously no one called me at that time thats why i called back. i told him again i will book the room and get their P3,300 package with food. he has no idea about that package and offered to me room only depending on how big the room is and its consumable. I was getting upset talking to him since he really doesnt have any idea what i was talking about. i even told him that the package is found in their website. i asked for another person to talk to that knows about the package and he said that the person in charge went out again. well, i was so irritated already and told him never mind. my sister really wants to try out this videoke place so she called back a few minutes after and thank God she was able to talk to the person in charge. This is only the first part..... We arrived around 7:30pm and went to our assigned room. That was room 8. when we went inside, the aircon is busted so they need to move us to another room which is room 20 and this time the aircon is now working. we asked for the menu and the waiter gave us the regular menu. we told him that we want to see their menu with the party package for P3,300 good for 10 persons. again the waiter has no idea what we are asking for. he gave us that blank stare and he said he will ask the person in charge. I just dont get it! it seems that most of your waiter dont have any idea about what you post online. it took a while for the menu to arrive so my sister went out to follow up. again, she has to explain to the waiter what we want and they dont know what we are talking about. finally, one waiter went to the room and gave us a photocopy of the package we are looking for. He did apologized and explained that the other waiters dont have any idea about the party package since its their new package. Well, I think its very important that the management should inform and train their waiters if they have any new packages right? we ordered the UN package for P3,300. We also ordered 2 pizzas just in case the food we ordered is not enough. Good thing we ordered those 2 pizzas because the food they offered in their party package that says good for 10 persons doesnt really serve 10 persons. Maybe 5 persons will do because of the small portions served. Now here comes another disappointment. it took ONE hour before our food was served. We have to follow up with the waiter since we were so hungry already. they sent out our food one at a time and the last food served was the pancit canton, which by the way not included in the food package but since you ran out of carbonara and spaghetti, we have to settle to getting the pancit canton. The taste of your food is not what i expected. your pizza is the worst since the dough is so hard and the toppings would fall off from the pizza dough when we eat it. Mommys pizza is way much more better that your pizza. Every time we will press the buzzer to call on a waiter, no one will come to check on what we need. only to find out in the end that the buzzer was busted. first the aircon and next the buzzer....we have to go out and ask one of the waiter if our time is up since no one approached us to inform us like we have a few minutes left. is this your way of making us pay more by not telling us that our time is up? 680 additional per hour is no joke! You think youve read enough, well here is the most disappointing part of our night. We asked for our bill and we were shocked to see that it reached 4,461.00. Imagine we were just getting the P3,300 food package plus the 2 pizza which is priced at 388 and 368. I checked one by one our bill and there i saw the service charge amounting to P405.00. We were wondering why the service charge bill reached that big when in fact, in your menu and in your website, the P3,300 food package was priced at P3,300 NETT. when you say NETT, it means that is the only amount you will pay right? I asked your cashier about this and she said that they added 10% service charge because we ordered additional pizza on top of the package. i understand if you will add 10% service charge to the pizza we ordered but why add 10% to our total bill when you advertised that the P3,300 should be NETT. i even told your cashier that okay you can add 10% to the 2 pizzas we ordered so that should only be more or less 80 pesos service charge. One person approached us and told us right away that there was an error in the website and in the menu. hello????? it was very obvious that you placed there 3,300 NETT and just because we complained about this thats why you said that you are in the process of making the changes. so when someone comes in to your ktv and brings only 3,300 pesos since you placed 3,300 NETT in your menu and website, their bill will total to 3,630. Have pity to those people who didnt bring extra money because they are expecting to pay only 3,300 pesos. I am not complaining about the 10% service charge, its your misleading post in your website and menu i am upset about. It would have been okay if your staff provided us with good customer service. what made it worse is that your KTV does not only gives misleading prices/rates and poor customer service, it also serves poor quality of food. we have guests coming in next month and we were supposed to bring them to your KTV, however with the kind of experience we have today at your KTV, i will never go back and be victimized with your misleading post and ways!!!
