However, all of his words were not done. So I had to propose up to higher levels. If you want to solve the problems completely, you have to sit down and consider every aspect from both sides which are your staffs and suppliers to see if all were happened as they said or not. Dole is a big company in the world but have your responsibilities been implemented? Were your words, your promises conducted? As Jimen used to tell to the suppliers in Vietnam that who thought well about you then you would considered those people were not good. At that time, I did not trust him about what he said. But in practice, I was wrong and I should have trusted him. Because you, Hank, Harry, Andy Ding and Vicent could not solve the problem, so I had to ask Terry as he is director of Dole China. If I did not trust you then now I should not lose and still owe a lot of money like I am now. You are the ones who asked me to pack for you. I did not insist you for packing the dragon fruit.
