TO: all my horse friends. Everyone else...skip this post. The first pic is last night, the 2nd was last Thursday. Hauled to Janssens vet clinic today and Dr. was pleased. Said it will take about 4 - 6 weeks to cover the tendon over with new skin, but its looking good. No proud flesh and skin cells are beginning to grow. Im pleased to hear him say that. Also, the bowed tendon seems to be getting smaller. Swelling not bad at all and leg is barely warm to the touch. Its going to be a long haul and I dont know how it will turn out, but Im happy that hes happy and vet is pleased. Thanks to Wanda for coming over daily for 4 days because hes not easy to clean and bandage!
