TODAY !! IMPORTANT MEETING. Folks are needed to attend the Forsyth County Board of Elections meeting tomorrow (Tuesday) where the early voting schedule and locations will be decided for the November elections! Theyre meeting Tuesday, July15 at 2 pm, (yes, primary election run-off day) to decide the early voting schedule for the November elections. The meeting will be at the BOE offices, 201 North Chestnut Street, Winston Salem. Important to note that In 2010 there were 7 satellite sites plus the Board of Elections site there was an early voting site at Winston Salem State University Sunday voting was offered from 1 to 5 but only at the BOE site Saturday voting offered only on the last Saturday from 10 to 1 The BOE has indicated they will hold an additional meeting on July 22 to tweak the plan if necessary.
